CLUB aSSESSMENT oNLINE

Based on a conversation at the Potomac District MWC, I have created an online version of the Annual Club Assessment. I would like to offer all clubs in the district the opportunity to use this survey.

I can set up a special survey for your club. You will have a link to the survey that you can send in an email to all club members and include on your Web site. I can also set up a link for members to view the results of their individual survey. Due to my time constraints I cannot customize questions on the survey for particular clubs. If you would like to do a custom survey, you can sign up for a Survey Monkey account and do your own custom survey. It’s real easy. I don’t make any money on it.

I will customize the survey with your club name and the exit link going to your club Web site. If this works, I may combine all of the club results and publish the results to the district.
