Room Reservations at the

Hospitality House

Make your own reservations at the Fredericksburg Hospitality House by May 1, 2008.

Call 1-800-682-1049 and use code CDK to obtain the Conference Room Rate of $99.00 plus tax.

Participants will be reimbursed for one-half the inclusive Conference room rate for each authorized night they stay. You must make your own arrangements with a roommate or have a single room and pay the other half of the room charge.

Authorized room nights are as follows:

Club Support Committee Members & Chairs depending on one way travel time:

· More than four and a half hours- Friday & Saturday (2 nights)

· Between 3 and 4.5 Hours- Friday (1 Night)

· Less than 3 hours- No nights
