The Mason Dixon Region includes Capital District Divisions 9, 12, and 14.

These 3 divisions cover the City of Baltimore and the Maryland counties

of Baltimore, Harford, Howard, Anne Arundel ,Prince Georges,

Carroll, Frederick, Washington, Allegheny, and Garrett.

A District Trustee represents the region on the Capital District Board.
